During college, Roeser held only one job -- rock star! He played in clubs and smokey bars to pay his way through school as the lead singer and bass slinger in a 1980s.

Clevelandband. It was through his experience with rock music that he forged his first foray into public relations. When he couldn't find a management group to manage the band, at age 17 Roeser started his own by creating the Eisen Management Group (EMG), primarily an entertainment and promotions firm, and worked for a variety of entertainers and entertainment venues, booking, promoting and publicizing clubs, entertainers and rock bands.

After college, Roeser served as senior public relations consultant for three-time "B2B Agency of the Year."

HSRBusiness to Business Inc., as general manager of VMS Ohio, and as public relations director of the #88 NASCAR Team. An award-winning television and radio anchorman, Roeser is also the 1996 winner of the Ohio Newspaper Association's "Hooper Award" as newspaper editor of the year. After working for other agencies and frustrated by their inefficiencies, he knew he could do it better and built The Eisen Agency -- a firm now recognized as Cincinnati's largest, nationally ranked, and multiple award-winning PR Firm. Roeser attributes the firm's success to the cornerstones of hard work, quality work, resourcefulness, and responsiveness.

Roeser is a past president of the Cincinnati Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America.

Cincinnati's Public Relations Community recently honored him at their 2010 Blacksmith Awards as the Public Relations Professional of the Year. In addition, The Eisen Agency earned more awards than any other organization at the awards ceremony including the 2010 Cincy Magazine Success Awards as one of the most successful businesses in Greater Cincinnati. Roeser is currently a contributing writer to PRNews Magazine, Inspire Magazine, and the CincinnatiBusiness Courier.
